Construction starts with a CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-quality aluminum body paired with stainless steel butterfly plates and blade shafts for long-term corrosion resistance through repeated cycles. A high-torque DC gear-reduction motor driven by high-temperature carbon steel gears ensures a complete, positive open and close every time. When installed after the catalytic converter, no computer re-flash or custom tune is required, making this a straightforward upgrade for builds needing more sound and flow.

 

The Smart Chip-controlled one-touch rocker switch automatically stops the motor the moment the valve reaches full open or full close, eliminating the gear damage caused by holding the switch through full valve travel — a common failure point on competing systems. Polished stainless steel turndowns feature a 45-degree discharge angle and mount on V-band clamps that rotate 360 degrees for precise exit adjustment. Every kit ships complete with the cutout unit, wiring harness, rocker switch, gaskets, band clamps, and all mounting hardware.
