Jorge brings extensive hands-on leadership experience and operational discipline to Granatelli Motor Sports. With deep roots in customer service, inventory control, and manufacturing operations, he ensures the company remains agile and competitive.

Known for his 4-ring customer service policy—answering calls within four rings—Jorge builds strong teams, fosters accountability, and aligns operations with customer expectations.

Executive Operations

Representing the next generation of performance-driven leadership, JoJo combines deep industry knowledge with a modern, forward-thinking approach. He thrives under pressure and remains calm when others feel stressed.

JoJo also serves as the Granatelli team’s test driver. Every product designed and engineered by GMS is tested in real-world scenarios under his watchful eye.

Production Supervisor

With over 10 years at Granatelli Motor Sports, Claudia leads inventory control and quality assurance with precision. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures every product ships complete and correct the first time.

Luis Ruvalcaba

Logistics Manager

Luis oversees shipping, receiving, freight negotiations, and inventory flow. Working closely with JoJo and Jorge, he ensures efficient coordination from supplier materials to customer delivery.

Alongside Adam Mathews, Shipping & Receiving Manager, they anticipate supply chain challenges before they happen and implement solutions quickly and efficiently.
