Q: What if I want an item, and currently don't see it offered on GranatelliMotorSports.com?

Granatelli Motor Sports is always increasing our product inventory. Just because it may not currently be listed on our website, does not mean we cannot offer it to you. Call 805-486-6644 and ask our salesman about a product you are interested in and we'll do our best to make sure you get it.

Q: I am having a problem with the website, who do I contact?

If you are having issues with the website please contact techsupport@granatellimotorsports.com. Your inquiry will be answered as promptly as possible.

Q: I have lost my instructions / need a copy. How would I get another copy?

If you need instructions, you can get them by going to the bottom of the page and clicking the "Download Catalog and Instruction Manuals" link. Our instructions are on that page where you can download and / or print them.

Q: Some features of the website are not working properly, how do I get them to work?

Please make sure you have the latest versions of your current internet browser.

Q: I have placed an order on Friday after 5 p.m. Pacific Standard, when will my order be processed?

Orders placed on a Friday after 5 p.m. Pacific Standard, will be processed the following Monday. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific Standard. Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed same day.

Q: What time do I have to place my order by to make sure it goes out the same day?

Orders placed on in-stock items by 11 a.m. Pacific Standard time will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. Pacific Standard time cannot be guaranteed to go out the same day, but will be processed that day. Orders are shipped twice daily and if not shipped by the afternoon shipment, will ship out during the morning shipment of the following business day.

Sales inquiries can be answered by calling us directly at 805-486-6644. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time. If you would like to e-mail us your question(s), send the inquiry to gmssales@granatellimotorsports.com. Please be advised that we get many e-mails every day and it may take 24 - 48hrs to get a response. But we'll do our best to make sure you're responded to in a timely manner.

Hard copies of our catalog can be ordered by calling 805-486-6644. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time.
