The Granatelli 28-1629S-R 12" Red 0-Ohm Spark Plug Wire Set is designed for compatible GM LS & LT coil-near-plug ignition systems that need additional routing length between the ignition coil and spark plug.
Each wire uses Granatelli’s patented 0-Ohm conductor technology to minimize electrical resistance while maintaining EMI/RFI suppression for modern electronic engine-management systems.

Why the 12-Inch Length?
The 12-inch boot-to-boot configuration provides additional routing flexibility when the ignition coils sit farther from the spark plugs, the engine layout requires a longer path, or shorter 8" and 10" wires create unnecessary tension on the terminals.
The Real Upgrade: A Better Electrical Path
Spark plug wires do not create ignition energy—the ignition coil does. The wire’s job is to transfer that energy to the spark plug with as little unnecessary loss as possible.
Granatelli’s 0-Ohm spark plug wire technology minimizes resistance while its patented EMI/RFI suppression system helps protect ECUs, sensors, fuel-injection systems and other vehicle electronics from unwanted electrical interference.

Fitment: Engine family or displacement alone does not guarantee physical fitment. Verify your existing wire length, coil location, spark plug boot configuration and routing before ordering.
Heat Protection: The 28-1629S-R is the standard performance-wire configuration. If the wire or boot will sit extremely close to headers, turbo components or other intense heat sources, choose one of Granatelli’s dedicated high-temperature or fire-sleeved wire sets instead.
