Aftermarket Billet Drive-By-Wire Throttle Bodies for GM, Ford & Mopar

Granatelli’s vast knowledge and experience in engineering has led to an all-new complete line of Drive-By-Wire Electronic (DBW) Throttle Bodies.

Today we are proud to offer complete line of Drive-By-Wire Throttle Bodies for GM, Ford and Dodge applications. Our throttle bodies are designed as direct replacements for the factory units and can increase airflow by up to 50% depending on the application which results in more horsepower as well as smoother and quicker engine acceleration. All billet throttle bodies are machined from high-grade 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. Granatelli Motor Sports throttle bodies are designed to work with all intakes on most applications. GM/Chevy and Ford throttle bodies require a tune; Dodge/Mopar HEMI throttle bodies bolt on with no tune.

Every current Granatelli aftermarket throttle body is an electronic drive-by-wire unit, from 90mm to 120mm: GM LS and LT, the Ford Coyote 5.0L Mustang GT, and Mopar throttle bodies for the 5.7L, 6.1L and 6.4L HEMI and the supercharged 6.2L Hellcat and Trackhawk. Most are CNC-machined billet throttle bodies; the LS 103mm GMTBLS3M and HEMI 95mm GMTBHLCM are cast aluminum for a lower price.

Granatelli Throttle Bodies exceed the demands required to increase airflow on all drive-by-wire performance applications, both naturally aspirated and forced induction. For example, Granatelli’s 108MM LSX Throttle Body (P/N GMTBLS108) has the industry’s strongest electric motor and it is tame as stock around town and can still handle upwards of 25 lbs. of boost in a draw through or blow through configuration. The GMS unique throttle blade design and super powerful electric motors prevent the throttle blade from being forced closed under high boosted applications.

It replaces the factory throttle body with a larger, free-flowing unit so a modified engine can pull in more air. Granatelli throttle bodies are complete drive-by-wire assemblies designed as direct replacements for the factory unit, so you don't move the motor, sensor or any internal parts from your stock throttle body.

Only when the stock throttle body is a restriction for your combination, which is most likely with intake, cam or boost upgrades. Intake, cylinder heads, induction and tune all matter, so we don't quote a fixed horsepower number. See the throttle body FAQ for sizing help.

Most Granatelli throttle bodies are CNC-machined from billet aluminum, 6061-T6 on most models, in natural, black or polished finishes. Two are cast aluminum with precision-machined surfaces, the GM LS 103mm GMTBLS3M and the HEMI 95mm GMTBHLCM, and they cost less than the billet versions.

Yes. The 95mm HEMI throttle bodies (GMTBHLC, GMTBHLCB and GMTBHLCM) are for 5.7L, 6.1L and 6.4L drive-by-wire HEMI engines (check the engines listed on each part), and the 105mm and 108mm Hellcat throttle bodies fit the supercharged 6.2L Hellcat, Trackhawk and TRX. The 95mm HEMI units do not fit the Hellcat. Shop all Dodge and Mopar throttle bodies.

Yes. Several models are built for boost. For example, the 108mm LSX throttle body (GMTBLS108) can handle upwards of 25 lbs. of boost in a draw-through or blow-through configuration. Check each product page for its boost rating.

It depends on the make. GM/Chevy (LS and LT) and Ford throttle bodies require a tune. Dodge/Mopar HEMI throttle bodies, including the Hellcat and Trackhawk units, bolt on with no tune. Call 1-805-486-6644 if you're unsure.
