Precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a black finish, this 112mm drive-by-wire throttle body is built for modified naturally aspirated and forced-induction combinations.
The massive 112mm bore gives modified LT1, LT4 and LT5 combinations substantially more inlet area than smaller throttle bodies, helping support serious power from supercharged, turbocharged and high-RPM builds.

LT5, LT4 and LT1 Throttle Body Fitment
The GMTBLT112B fits the GM Gen V LT1, LT4 and LT5, bolts onto the stock intake and plugs into the factory-style GM 6-pin drive-by-wire connector. It arrives as a complete assembly, so nothing moves over from your original throttle body. The 112mm bore is intended for engines that are already modified, naturally aspirated or boosted, and it is designed to handle up to 35 psi of boost. On a stock or near-stock engine we don't recommend it.
Before you order, confirm your connector and hood/accessory clearance. A bigger throttle body usually means a bigger inlet, so check that your intake tube and coupler will fit too.

103mm – GMTBLT4 / GMTBLT4B
The 103mm LT1 / LT4 / LT5 throttle body. Running it on a stock LT1 or LT4 intake takes the GMTBLTSPC adapter spacer plate.

Installation Notes
- Complete drive-by-wire assembly with the factory-style GM 6-pin connector. No internal parts to transfer.
- A tune is required after installation for proper idle quality, drivability and optimum performance. Some vehicles also need a throttle relearn.
- Support heavy intake piping independently. Don't hang it off the throttle body.

Does this LT5 throttle body also fit the LT4 and LT1?
Yes. The GMTBLT112B fits Gen V LT1, LT4 and LT5 engines with the factory-style GM 6-pin connector.
Do I need a tune after installing it?
Yes. GM throttle body upgrades, including this one, require a tune for proper idle, drivability and throttle response.
Will a 112mm throttle body fit my stock LT1, LT4 or LT5 intake?
Yes, it bolts on. But we don't recommend the 112mm for stock or near-stock engines. It's meant for builds that are already modified. Call us at 1-805-486-6644 if you're not sure which size suits your combination.
Will a bigger throttle body add horsepower by itself?
Only if the throttle body is the restriction. Gains depend on the whole combination (intake, heads, induction and tune), which is why we don't quote a fixed horsepower number.

Yes. It is designed to handle up to 35 psi of boost on supercharged and turbocharged LT builds.
